New residential brick building in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.
The building includes an owner's duplex with a cellar and backyard, and two rental units.
While the square footage was maximized in accordance with zoning regulations, the building’s proportions and scale consider the typical Clinton Hill neighborhood street.
Planters designed to be incorporated with the front open area and elevation add greenery to the building.
Construction was completed and the building was signed-off at the NYC Department of Buildings in mid-2019.
